Full Body Bedliner Spray
‘What kind of paint is that?’ We get this question a lot! Truth is it’s not really a paint at all, it’s bedliner spray. We have covered our entire van in Line-X. The Line-X bedliner spray product is a two-part polyurethane elastomer system, professionally applied at high pressure and high temperatures, bonding instantly and permanently. Originally products like Line-X were used solely as truck bedliner spray coatings but recently have been seen coating many other areas. For us the Line-X gives us a scratch proof exterior. On a rig which brushes up against trees, gets hit by rocks and generally pushes the elements, a bedliner spray is the perfect solution to keep our rig looking its best.
We used Line-X 100 bedliner spray on the exterior for that traditional rough surface look, and added color (OD Green) and a UV protection. On the door jambs and interior we chose Line-X Ultra bedliner spray which is a thinner and smoother finish allowing us the same durability but a more subtle look inside the rig.
