Flarespace Install

How I install my Flarespace fibreglass flares with CRLawrence slide windows into my 144 MWB 2020 Mercedes 4x4 Sprinter Van. Flarespace are fibreglass extensions which adhere to the rear upper sides of your van. They extend the width of your van, allowing you to #sleepsideways​.

These babies were a must for me in this build because it is my first in a shorter body van I knew I'd want the extra living space. I had used them before in previous builds and they give the van a great custom look.

Tools Needed

Air Saw
Jigsaw - (you only need one of either air or jigsaw, your choice)
Marker
Metal File
Gloves
Drill
Metal Primer Paint
Sponge Brush
Blue Tape
Acetone or TSP
Drill Bit - one just bigger than your air or jig saw blade
Caulk Gun - you can use a manual one but this will be a lot easier
Safety Glasses
Sand Paper
Acetone or TSP
Rags
Ear plugs or Ear muffs
Stanley Knife
Mineral Turpentine
